Guangzhou Indigo Hotel is a large-scale commercial project developed by Zhongnan Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., located at the intersection of Huangpu Avenue and Yuwen Road in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, with a total investment of about 3 billion yuan. The hotel officially started construction on February 8, 20 17, with a total construction area of 600,000 square meters, including a total hotel area of 400,000 square meters, with 58 floors and a height of 270 meters. It is expected to be completed in 2020. Hotel will become one of the landmark buildings in the central area of Guangzhou, which will promote the economic and tourism development of Guangzhou in combination with geographical location, hotel brand and urban economic development planning.
