Hanzhong City’s college entrance examination results in 2014 hit a record high again

2014 In 2019, 27,906 people in Hanzhong City registered for the college entrance examination, including 11,495 in literature and history, 14,691 in science and engineering, 909 in art, 605 in sports, and 206 in higher vocational colleges. This year’s college entrance examination results were announced. Hanzhong City’s college entrance examination results have reached a new high, growing steadily for four consecutive years. First, the number of online users with more than two books exceeded 10,000 for the first time. In 2014, 5,730 people took the first exam of the college entrance examination in our city, 859 more than in 2013; 11,125 people took the second grade and above, breaking through the 10,000 mark for the first time, 1,252 more than in 2013, setting the best result in the past.

Secondly, the increase in the number of online users ranks first in the province. Compared with 2013, in 2014, the number of people who passed the first grade of the college entrance examination in our city increased by 17.6 percentage points, and the number of people who passed the second grade and above of the college entrance examination increased by 12.7 percentage points. The growth rate was 12.1 percentage points and 9.6 percentage points higher than the provincial increase respectively, ranking first in the province. .

Third, the online rate continues to grow. In the 2014 College Entrance Examination, the province's first-class online rate was 19.1, and the second- and above-grade online rate was 38.2. The city's first-class online rate was 21.9, and the city's second- and above-grade online rate was 42.5, which were 2.8 and 4.3 percentage points higher than the province respectively. Compared with the college entrance examination pass rate in 2013, the city's first-class college entrance examination pass rate and second-class college entrance examination pass rate increased by 2.5 percentage points and 3.1 percentage points respectively.

Ranked by undergraduate admission rate, in 2014 our city ranked second in the province in the admission rate of first and second courses in science and engineering, respectively 2 and 1 place higher than in 2013; the admission rate of first and second courses in literature and history The rates ranked fourth in the province, basically the same as last year.

Fifth, provincial standardized high schools continue to lead. This year, there are 22,101 candidates in literature, history, science and engineering in 16 provincial standardized high schools in our city, accounting for 84.4% of the total number of candidates in the city. 5,029 people have taken one exam, 9,932 have taken two or more, and 16,827 have had three or more. The admission rates are 22.8, 44.9 and 76.1, both higher than the provincial and municipal averages, accounting for 87.8 of the city's first online users, 89.3 of the second and above online users, and 89.0 of the three and above online users. There are 5 schools whose online enrollment rate exceeds the city average (21.9), namely: Hanzhong Middle School (44.7), Mianxian No. 1 Middle School (41.4), Nanzheng Middle School (39.1), Yangxian Middle School (31.5), Chenggu One center (30.4). Compared with 2013, the schools with an increase of more than 20 percentage points in the enrollment rate of second and above are: Dahekan Middle School, Foping Middle School, Chenggu No. 2 Middle School, Zhenba Middle School, Yangxian Middle School, and Xixiang No. 2 Middle School.

Sixth, the quality of key schools is outstanding. There are 10 schools with above-the-second online enrollment rates exceeding the city average (42.5), namely: Longgang School (87.1), Nanzheng Middle School (67.7), Mian County No. 1 Middle School (66.1), Hanzhong Middle School (65.8), and Yangxian County Middle School (55.9), Chenggu No. 1 Middle School (54.2), Ningqiang Tianjin Middle School (49.9), Zhenba Middle School (45.9), Xixiang No. 2 Middle School (45.9), Xixiang No. 1 Middle School (44.3). Some non-provincial standardized high schools have made significant progress. The schools that exceed the province's admission rate for two or more courses (38.2) are: Hanzhong City 405 School (46.7) and Hanzhong City Shaanfei No. 1 Middle School (40.9).

Seventh, the cultivation of top students has achieved remarkable results. A candidate from Mian County No. 1 Middle School won the first place in the city's science subject with a score of 703, ranking among the top 10 in the province. Candidates from Hanzhong Middle School won the first place in liberal arts in the city with a score of 646 points. The schools where the students ranked among the top 10 in the city's science and engineering categories are: Mian County No. 1 Middle School (4 students), Hanzhong Longgang School (4 students), and Nanzheng Middle School (2 students).
