Hotel management is one of the top ten hot industries in the world, and senior hotel management talents are always in short supply worldwide. In recent years, in the international talent market, hotel management talents have been in short supply. With the success of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and the 20 10 Shanghai World Expo and more and more international large-scale events to be held in China, there is an increasing demand for professionals in tourism and hotel management in China.

At present, the national hotel managers mainly include senior hotel managers, hotel managers and assistant hotel managers, aiming at senior hotel managers, department managers and supervisors.

Declaration conditions

I. Assistant Hotel Manager (with one of the following conditions)

(1) has been engaged in social work for more than 3 years;

(2) Having worked continuously in hotels, restaurants or leisure and entertainment industries for over 1 year;

(3) College degree or above (inclusive);

Second, the hotel manager (with one of the following conditions)

(1) Engaged in hotel catering related occupation for more than 5 years;

(2) Obtained the professional certificate of hotel manager assistant, and has been engaged in this professional work continuously for more than 1 year;

(3) Have a college degree or above in hotel management or tourism management, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years;

(4) College degree or above in non-hotel management or tourism management and other related majors, and engaged in their own work for more than 3 years;

Three, senior hotel manager (with one of the following conditions)

(1) Engaged in hotel catering related occupation 10 years or more;

(2) Obtain the professional certificate of hotel manager and have been engaged in this profession for more than 2 years continuously;

(3) Have a college degree or above in hotel management or tourism management and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years;
