Africa water hotel

Seychelles is located in the Indian Ocean, which is 1600 km from the east coast of Africa. It is far from the African continent, remote and isolated.

Seychelles was not inhabited until the18th century. /kloc-In the middle of the 0/8th century, the French and the British first began to colonize Seychelles. 1770, the first black slaves landed on the island. Later, Indians, Arabs and China came to Seychelles one after another.

Therefore, Seychelles, an island country with only 200 years of human history, has no aborigines, but only hybrids: French and African hybrids, British and African hybrids, and Indian, Arab and China lineages.

Moreover, the multi-ethnic and multi-ethnic mixed-race people surprised this country with handsome guys. They are not models or stars, but drivers on the roadside, waiters in restaurants, or the helmsman of hotel yachts.

But their unique brown skin, together with European deep eyes, high nose, chiseled face and thick black hair twisted together like hemp rope, is very handsome.

On this trip, I specially found a handsome local Seychelles guy to appear in the camera, so that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while silently feeling the bursting Seychelles male hormones.

Seychelles is an archipelagic country consisting of 1 15 islands. The destination of my trip is one of Seychelles 1 15 islands.

I calculated silently in my mind that it took me 14.40 hours to reach the international airport in Mahe Island, Seychelles. And this is only two-thirds of my whole trip, just my second flight transit point.

I still need to wait for 4 hours in Malaysia and the international airport, and then take a 35-minute small plane in Seychelles. After a total of 65,438+09 hours, I will arrive at my destination-Four Seasons Resort in Seychelles, an independent island in the southwest of Seychelles.

19 hours, which I got after repeatedly consulting the flights of several airlines.

The shortest time. If I am not careful, it will take me 24 hours to reach my destination.

It's not like going on holiday, but more like going to the moon. But I have always believed that the most beautiful scenery is usually the most difficult to reach.

Finally, after more than three hours of waiting, I ushered in the call of the flight in Seychelles.

This 16-seat small plane has only one purpose of taking off and landing every day, and that is to fly to the Four Seasons Holiday Hotel on Droche Island, a private island in the southwest of Seychelles.

Only a staff member of Four Seasons Hotel and I boarded the plane. If I was the only passenger, it would really be a private jet.

After a 35-minute flight, an independent island with a length of about 5 kilometers and a width of about 1 km appeared on the sea outside the engine room.

Drosh Island in Seychelles covers an area of 402 hectares and is a sparsely populated and well-preserved tropical paradise.

Looking down from the air, hidden under the green coconut grove is the newly opened Four Seasons Holiday Hotel in Drosh Island.

Although it is an independent private island, I still underestimated its size. It is near dusk after check-in. I want to visit the unique animal of Seychelles-elephant turtle before sunset. It is said that there are about 150 wild Adabora elephant turtles on this island.

Riding the bicycle provided by the hotel for every villa guest, I think this should be the most efficient way to find the elephant turtle. However, things are completely beyond my imagination. I rode 15 minutes from a crowded hotel space to a deserted jungle path. I didn't see the turtle, but I got lost in the coconut grove.

Suddenly, a hotel security guard riding a motorcycle appeared in my sight, and I quickly grabbed this lifeline.

Knowing my intention, Krishna, a handsome local Seychelles boy, frowned, looked at the sky again, and then said, "It's dark, you can't find it yourself. I'll drive you. "

The five words "private island, motorcycle, security, darkness, and no return" are mixed together, forming an indescribable strange picture in my mind, which I have never encountered in other five-star hotels.

Well, after reconfirming that his uniform said "security guard", I decided to "get on the boat".

A few minutes after boarding Krishna's motorcycle, I understood why I couldn't find the elephant turtle. On the private island where the hotel is located, there is a winding path running through the whole island, with a total length of 15km. It takes at least 40 minutes to 65,438+0 hours by golf cart or bicycle from one end of the island.

-Tortoise Reserve, 150 The gathering place of elephant turtles is in the center of the whole island. If the direction is right, it will take at least 20 minutes by bike.

Sitting in the back seat of Krishna motorcycle, I'm glad I didn't wander around on my bike, otherwise I would ride until there was no water, no skin and no turtle.

Full picture of the hotel: the village head of the four seasons holiday in Drosh Island is 5 kilometers, and the width is 1 kilometer. There is a path 15 km long that runs through the whole island, and there is a white beach 14 km long around the island.

Point A is the main public service center such as the hotel lobby, and point B is the Elephant Turtle Center. The five blue landmarks are the five most beautiful beaches. The lines of orange, yellow, green, blue and purple are a jungle trail of * * * 15km.

Seychelles was not inhabited until the18th century. However, it is precisely because human civilization entered the region relatively late that the original scenery of Seychelles was well preserved. It is not only beautiful, but also composed of many unique species, such as the giant Adabora elephant turtle.

There are 150 Adabora elephant turtles in the Elephant Turtle Center of the Four Seasons Resort Hotel in Drosh Island, ranging from a 200-year-old grandfather who is over half a meter tall to a button-sized baby elephant turtle.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3 pm, the hotel will also organize free outdoor activities to feed the elephants.

On the independent island of Deroche, there are other wild animals besides turtles. And these friends, because they haven't been with humans for a long time, often do "stupid things."

One day after dinner, I walked on the dimly lit hotel path and walked back to my villa.

I watched a big black bird take off from a tree trunk not far away, and then in an instant it hit my chest and heart directly. That kind of accuracy not only made me stumble back several steps, but also made me breathless for a while.

Bang, this "unexpected" bird seems to be more frightened than I was. After "attacking" me, it fell directly on the beach.

It attacked me. I haven't been killed yet, but what it did was enough to be killed!

If I am killed by this seabird in this small African island country, it is estimated that the insurance company will not pay for it! In order to see the legendary African handsome guy, the risk factor is a bit high!

While complaining about its recklessness, I suddenly understood that the guy who was so "stupid" in front of me was Shearwater, a stupid seabird introduced to me by Tony, the housekeeper. It was a seagull.

It is said that this stupid bird often "accidentally" flies into the golf cart driving in the hotel and creates a "bloody case" scene on the windshield.

It is admirable that birds can have such superb "skills"!

Although Seychelles entered human society late, it has a history of more than 200 years. The wild animals here really need to improve their understanding and learning about human society!

The next day, led by Tony, the housekeeper of Four Seasons Resort in Drosh Island, I took a golf cart in the hotel and spent two hours touring the whole island.

Tony told me that there are five beaches in the hotel. How is that possible? An island, of course, has only one beach, and that is the beach around the whole island.

I walked around with Tony and realized that these five beaches are actually the best places for sunbathing, sea activities and picnicking. Compared with the 14km long beach chain all over the island, these five beaches are the most beautiful and comfortable.

On the white beach, the sand is as fine as flour. Against the blue sea, it is particularly white, and it is a dreamy picture scroll like a paradise on earth.

Equally dreamy is the lighthouse of the Four Seasons Resort in Drosh Island. This is the tallest building on the island. Originally a lighthouse, it is now used as a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Looking out from the lighthouse on the third floor, the colors of the dark blue and light blue water around the island, like the beauty of snakes and scorpions, are displayed 360 degrees before my eyes.

There is a 15km path running through the whole island in the Four Seasons Resort in Drosh Island.

If you want to see all the beautiful scenery on this long path, you can either call a golf ball to take you out or ride the bicycle provided by the hotel for each guest to discover the beauty of the jungle by yourself.

Four Seasons Holiday Hotel in Drosh Island has 7 1 villas, all of which are independent buildings. Including 48 one-bedroom villas, 10 two-bedroom villas and 13 multi-bedroom villas.

Such a rich room design meets different holiday needs from couples' honeymoon to family travel.

The style of villa rooms is the design style of returning to nature. The picture above shows the bedroom and bathroom.

The Four Seasons Holiday Inn in Drosh Island has a private airstrip on the island. During the take-off and landing twice a day, all departments of the hotel will send representatives to the runway to meet guests from all over the world.

At 7 o'clock every morning, the airstrip has different "uses". This is a huge open "classroom" for hotel yoga classes.

Ganga Sadhuka, a beautiful yogi from India, dressed in a white yoga suit, shows a unique legendary style against the backdrop of the hotel's spacious and grand airstrip.

Behind Ganga Sadhuka, a red sun has just risen, and the morning light is obliquely scattered on the airstrip, which gives this unique "yoga field" a strange spiritual color.

This hotel has two restaurants.

Lighthouse is the most acclaimed gourmet restaurant in the whole hotel, and chef Olivier Barre himself is an enthusiastic fisherman. Under his creativity, Seychelles seafood, which combines western and Japanese styles, has reached an amazing height, which makes me linger and stay at night.

On the other hand, Claudine's restaurant often serves theme foods at dinner, including Italian food theme nights, Indian food theme nights and Creole food theme nights. Theme night dining per person 1900 Seychelles rupees, about 1000 RMB.

Rainy and dry seasons: Seychelles people will tell you that they never watch the weather forecast. As the global climate environment is changing and Seychelles is an island country, the weather forecast is very inaccurate.

Take my personal experience as an example. During the four days in the hotel, the weather forecast showed that it would rain every cloudy day, but in fact, the last two days were very sunny.

Best snorkeling month: September of the following year to 65438+ 10 is the most suitable month for snorkeling and deep diving. Relatively speaking, the sunniest months are March, April and May.

Peak season: 65438+ February to March of the following year.
