Gradually, I am more and more confident and like my job more and more. The front desk is the image window of the hotel, and every word and deed of every employee at the front desk represents the hotel. As a cashier at the front desk, I deeply feel the importance of my post, so I never dare to be careless in my work, such as a bill, a phone call and a signature. A little carelessness will cause unnecessary losses to the guests or the hotel, and the image of the hotel will be greatly reduced in the eyes of the guests. In fact, as long as you are willing, you will experience, study and work with your heart, and everyone will become an excellent employee. To be an excellent employee, in my opinion, the most important thing is to love work. In the hotel, loving work is actually very easy to do, just keep in mind two points: first, smile sincerely; The second is to do things with your heart. Smiling service is the minimum professional requirement in the hotel industry.
