Why is Chongqing always inferior to Chengdu?

Personally, I think this problem itself has a big problem; Why do you want to compare two cities? There is no specific comparison. For example, comparing the economic development, urban planning, or tourism, medical care and education of the two cities is understandable. Comparing the two cities in general, how to analyze all aspects of them? As a tourist from the media, I will look at these two cities from my perspective.

Speaking of tourism, Chongqing's tourism is mainly concentrated in the main city and southeast Chongqing. For example, the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, once the golden signboard of Chongqing tourism, is now surpassed by hot pot. Chongqing's topography, cultural wonders and natural scenery make it a "network celebrity" city, which makes the tourism in the main city area not interesting. For example, nowadays, rail transit passing through buildings, ropeways crossing rivers, big wave highways and confusing overpasses attract more and more people to see this "strange" city of Chongqing. Ciqikou, Jie Fangbei and Hongyadong are well known to the public, and they have become the places where everyone must punch in when they go to Chongqing. Of course there is food. Hot pot, noodles and Jianghu dishes are the food signs of Chongqing. Nowadays, Chongqing's tourism industry is in full swing.

Look at Chengdu, a tourist city mainly for leisure. The giant panda is its symbol and attraction. Chengdu's Giant Panda Base, Kuanzhai Lane, Jinli and People's Park are tourists' favorite places. Drinking tea and going to the theatre are the leisure lifestyles that people who travel to Chengdu choose most. But I think that compared with the main city of Chongqing, Chengdu is not so interesting. Although it has more leisure, it is not as unique as Chongqing. So I don't think Chongqing is inferior to Chengdu, and even I love Chongqing more than Chengdu.
