Will Suqian married women's parents' meeting go to the man's house?

O(∩_∩)O~, I come from Suqian and have many relatives in the countryside.

I remember that if they get married, the woman (from other places) can come to the man's house or not. Someone else came, stayed in a hotel outside on the wedding day, and then the man's car went to the hotel to pick up the bride.

There is nothing special about Suqian custom. As long as both parents are accommodating, there is no need to make a fuss. In our (downtown) area, some people have a host at home, and the woman's parents (local) are there, mainly for fun! ~

By the way, the banquet depends on the number of people, but even numbers are better!

On the wedding day, the man takes the bride's team to the woman's house, bringing a rooster and a hen's, tying one of their legs together with a rope, and then the younger brother (or cousin) of the woman's house unties the rope on the hen's leg and buckles it on the other leg. The groom will give him a red envelope at this time (the amount is uncertain, depending on the man's family economy and the woman's family requirements). This is called "changing chicken legs" in Suqian!

Then there is the "back door" upstairs.
