Guang 'an Central Ginza incident is illegal to sell houses. The Central Ginza Project did not obtain any sales qualification, but renovated the sales department at Jian 'an North Road, held a press conference at Siyuan Hotel, and illegally sold houses, defrauding tens of millions of funds.
