Regional Development of wanda plaza in Anji, Nanning

Anji District of Xixiangtang District is an important part of Nanning's construction of "three bases and three centers", with superior geographical location and large industrial development space. The planned area of Anji CBD New Town in the core area is 1 103 mu, which mainly includes functional areas such as warehousing and logistics, high technology, education and scientific research, comprehensive services, residence, business office and so on. Zoning planning mainly includes government affairs, commerce, finance, culture and other functional areas. Upon completion, it will become an ecological, diversified and modern urban central business district with a total planned area of 0.97 square kilometers. Focus on building the "five ones" in Xixiangtang urban area, namely, landmark buildings, commercial complexes, administrative centers, five-star hotels and headquarters bases.

Anji CBD New Town is under planning and construction, which will be a regional city business center integrating commerce, finance, information, culture, exhibition and office. A key construction core of Anji CBD New Town is the construction of civic activity center, including the new administrative office center in Xixiangtang District.
