Brief Introduction of Chongqing Jin Feng Electronic Information Industrial Park

Chongqing Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone is located in the core area of Chongqing's developed economic circle, the center of Liangjiang Peninsula and the gateway of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. It is an important base for Chongqing to develop high-tech industries and transform and upgrade traditional industries.

A number of biomedical enterprises, such as frontier biology and Sino biopharmaceuticals, and a number of advanced manufacturing enterprises, such as Gree Air Conditioning and Meiansen Technology, have flourished. Up to now, there are 16000 enterprises in the whole region, and in 20 10, the regional GDP will reach 179 billion yuan, the total industrial output value will reach 23.8 billion yuan, the total retail sales of social consumer goods will reach/kloc-0.04 billion yuan, and the total import and export volume will reach/kloc-0.3 billion US dollars.

Scientific research strength. At present, there are seven key scientific research institutes, including the Third Design and Research Institute of Machinery Industry and the Research Institute of Coal Science and Technology, and a number of science and technology incubation platforms, such as the Overseas Students Pioneer Park and Erlang High-tech Incubation Park, have been built, which provide strong support for promoting scientific and technological innovation and transformation of achievements.

Support system. There are a number of high-end properties such as Caiyun Lake National Urban Wetland Park, Chongqing Olympic Sports Center, Xiexin Tianjiao City and Main Valley, which are comfortable and livable. Large commercial enterprises such as Shangcheng and Easyhome in Zhongxin City have been built and opened, and there are 24 specialized markets such as IT, electromechanical and auto parts, and 5 hotels above four stars.

Functional orientation. According to the development goal of "leading the western region in five years and being first-class in China in ten years", the High-tech Zone will actively connect with the development strategy of national high-tech and strategic emerging industries under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, adhere to the principle of differentiation and sustainable development, and strive to build industries with electronic information as the pillar industry and equipment manufacturing, biomedicine and high-tech service industry as the advantages. Modern logistics, culture, science and technology, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy, new materials and other industries are developing at the same time. "1+3+X" industrial system will strive to achieve a total industrial output value of15 billion yuan and a total operating income of15 billion yuan by 20 15 years, making it a leader in the western region.

Spatial layout. The newly planned high-tech zone covers an area of 70 square kilometers, including 20 square kilometers in the eastern transformation and upgrading zone and 50 square kilometers in the western development zone. Adhere to the simultaneous development of east and west, reasonable spatial layout and scientific planning and implementation.

-Transform the lifting area. According to the general layout of "one axis, two cores and four districts", Shiqiaopu and Erlang area are reconstructed in space and industry. "One axis" means to build "ecological corridor" and "industrial corridor" with Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway as the axis. "Two cores" is to build two core areas, Shiqiaopu and Erlang, to build Shiqiaopu into an IT digital center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, and Erlang will vigorously promote the research and development of applied technology and the economic development of the headquarters of science and technology enterprises.
