Guests can apply to our hotel to cancel the accommodation contract.

When the guest terminates all or part of the accommodation contract for his own reasons, the hotel will charge liquidated damages according to Article 2 of the Schedule.

If the guest arrives at our hotel at 8: 00 pm on the day of reservation (if the guest has informed the expected arrival time in advance, it means two hours after the arrival time), the hotel can regard the guest as having terminated the accommodation contract and handle it accordingly.
