Recently, due to my dereliction of duty, neglect of management and inflexible control of the system, some negative events have occurred, which have caused interference and trouble to everyone in their work. Here, I apologize to all the leaders and colleagues.

After careful instructions from the leaders, I deeply reflected on my recent work, mainly including the following questions:

(1) lack of ideological understanding.

The dereliction of duty in management and supervision at work is largely due to my subjective negligence, lack of ideological understanding and failure to perform my duties well.

(2) Master employees' thoughts is not deep enough.

I don't have a deep understanding of the thoughts and behaviors of some employees, fail to find problems in time, fail to follow up the ideological work of employees, and lack the guidance of daily ideological management.

(1) Establish a correct leadership and management mentality.

As a first-level manager, every employee should be fair, just and objective, actively listen to the different opinions of employees, and distinguish between public and private.
