The Shining
A very classic horror film. . . It was terrifying to watch the two little girls. . . . .
Jack Torrance (Jack Nicholson) was a teacher who later became a writer. In order to get rid of the depressing job, Jack went to apply for a hotel job, overlooking the hotel's winter caretaker government, which was about to be closed for five months during the period of heavy snow and isolation. His boss told Jack that his predecessor once hired a caretaker, but he brutally killed his wife and two daughters and committed suicide while suffering from mental illness due to long-term isolation. Jack said that such a thing would not happen to him and that his family would like it here. So Jack, his wife Wendy (Shelly Duvall) and his son Danny (Danny Lloyd) checked into the hotel. Danny went to the hotel with a bad feeling, but Jack ignored it. Danny and the restaurant's chef, Dick Halloran, predict the future and have the power of telepathy, which Halloran calls "The Shining" (hence the title). Before Halloran left, Danny warned not to enter the 237 rooms anyway. At the hotel, Danny keeps seeing strange hallucinations and writes the unregistered word "REDRUM" on the door of his mother's room. Jack was writing in the hotel, and when his wife saw his writing, Jack was irritated and not looking at his wife. Later Jack has a nightmare child that kills his wife and himself. Jack Daniel's was injured because of early drinking, followed by alcohol. Once Danny was injured in the neck and Jack's wronged wife was injured. Jack started at the hotel bar, but unexpectedly a waitress appeared in the bar that was supposed to be empty. Danny later admitted that he was injured in room 237 of Wendy's and saw Jack, but after seeing the scene of the accident, Jack, no one should have witnessed a feast in the hotel lobby, and by 1970, the entire family was injured Caregiver Grenada first meets... Jack, whose wife wants to leave the hotel because of his reputation and work style. All kinds of doubts, all kinds of speculations, all kinds of imaginations, so Jack and his wife had a dispute and it became more and more intense. Wendy went to see the results of Jack's writing, but saw a pile of paper with only one sentence printed on it many times: All work, no play, smart children will become stupid (all work, no play, smart Jack AA fool), which means Looking at Jack has been unreasonable for some time. Later, there was a dispute, and Wendy knocked Jack out and turned him into a storage room, but with the first sound of Grenada, the door was opened and Jack was let out... Completely irrational Jack Picking up an ax to kill his wife's door, his wife and son, in this tense moment Wendy saw Danny writing "REDRUM" on the mirror door, which turned out to be "MURDER" written in reverse. DANNY escapes through a window, and chef Danny Halloran arrives from Miami, previously sensed by "The Shining" intuition, and he is Jack the Chop. Jack killed his wife and son and went to the maze outside the hotel. In the cold dead end, his wife and son, who had lost their souls and cried, got into the car and drove away in Halloran. The final film shot was a photo of the entire staff on the wall of the hotel lobby, taken on July 4, 1921 (50 years before the story takes place), and you can see young Jack prominently featured in the photo.
