Brief introduction of Shanghai Pinzun International

Shanghai Pinzun International is one of the largest projects launched along the Inner Ring Road this year, with a total construction area of about 700,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 530,000 square meters. It is a multi-format urban complex integrating high-end residential buildings, hotels, office buildings and large-scale businesses. The residential part is about 330,000 ㎡, which is constructed in two phases. The first phase was launched in May this year, with 2-4 rooms and an area of 98- 173㎡.
