According to the notice of Regent Shanghai, as the operator of Regent Shanghai, Liuzhou Industry and Trade Building Co., Ltd. posted a notice saying that it would suspend business due to the expiration of the lease. Liuzhou Industry and Trade Building Co., Ltd., formerly known as Liuzhou Industrial Products Trade Center, was established in August of 1984, and was formally reorganized in July of 1994. It is a large state-owned commercial service enterprise integrating commodity circulation management and comprehensive hotel services. Its main operating institutions are Liuzhou Shopping Mall, Liuzhou Hotel and Dongfeng Shopping Mall.
