How to take a pet to a hotel?

Some hotels allow pets to enter, so call before booking a hotel.

According to Article 23 of the Regulations on Dog Breeding in Shanghai, it is forbidden to bring dogs into office buildings, schools, hospitals, stadiums, museums, libraries, cultural and entertainment places, waiting rooms (airplanes, boats), restaurants, shopping malls, hotels and other places, or take public transportation such as buses, trams and rail transit, and guests are not allowed to bring dogs. According to Article 44 of the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Dog Breeding, if a dog is brought into a place or public transport that is forbidden to enter in violation of the first paragraph of Article 23 of these regulations and does not listen to dissuasion, the public security department shall order it to make corrections and may impose a fine of more than 20 yuan but less than 200 yuan, and the public security police station may impose administrative penalties on the guests who do not listen to dissuasion.
