It is 26 meters high and has a maximum passenger capacity of more than 2,000 people. As a water entertainment project integrating beautiful scenery and delicious food, it is based on the Liangjiang Night View Tour. The five-star hotel has 8 floors, and the first floor below can park 200 cars. There are 50 luxury rooms and 40 district and county private rooms on the middle floor. Each private room is designed to highlight the cultural image of each district and county. The top floor is an amphitheater. and observation deck.

There are more than 10 single-headed Phoenix yachts and yachts surrounding the "Fire Phoenix" barge. The yachts can accommodate about 20 people; the cruise boats can accommodate about 100 people. Guests can drive onto the five-star barge and, after tasting Chongqing's special delicacies, board a yacht or cruise from the barge to view the night views of the two rivers. The barge is planned to be moored by the Danzishi Square, which has the best viewing angles on both sides of the river. At the same time, the "Fire Phoenix" barge itself is also a landscape on the two rivers and four sides.

An accident occurred

On the morning of July 1, 2013, the cable of the barge "Foreigner Street No. 5" at Chaotianmen 5 Pier in Chongqing suddenly broke and the hull rolled over. Affected by heavy rains in the Jialing River Basin, the water level in the Chongqing section of the Jialing River rose sharply by 10.77 meters in 24 hours. At about 11 a.m. on July 1, 2013, the No. 63 work barge (No. 5 Foreigner Street) owned by Chongqing Steamship Corporation broke its cable and drifted over due to the impact of the flood peak. A total of 18 people fell into the water on the barge (including 17 company employees). people, one employee’s child). The local party committee and government organized maritime, transportation, public security and other relevant departments and enterprises to carry out full rescue operations. As of 14:30, 13 people had been rescued and 5 people were still missing.
