Step 1: After choosing a suitable Vienna hotel, make a reservation by telephone, online ordering or fax, and report the guest's name, room type and check-in date.

Step 2: We will confirm your reservation information within one hour after receiving it.

Step 3: After receiving our confirmation, guests only need to give their names at the front desk of the hotel.

Step 4: When you check in, you need to bring an adult ID card to check in, and you need to pay a certain deposit. 1. The check-in time of Vienna Hotel is 06: 00 in the morning and the check-out time is 14: 00 in the afternoon.

From 06: 00 a.m. to the next morning 14: 00, the room rate is calculated as one day. In case of early check-in or late check-out, a certain fee will be charged according to the situation.

5. For hotels that need credit card guarantee, the requirements for canceling reservations are different. If the cancellation is made within the valid working days required by the hotel, it is ok. Otherwise, you will not be able to cancel your reservation. If you fail to check in, the corresponding room rate will be deducted from your credit card.

7. The room rate includes the hotel service fee, excluding other hotel fees, taxes and extra requirements of the guests.
