Ying Hui Group was founded in Taiwan Province by its chairman, Mr. Xu Zhensen. There were only eight employees at that time. At first, it mainly produced outdoor lighting.

1990

Buy Taichung office, set up a large sample room, set up a product design and R&D team, and import the design drawings into computerization.

Started to produce cast aluminum outdoor lights, developed infrared induction control switch lights, and successfully opened the European market.

Buy a comprehensive factory building in Dongguan and set up Dongguan Haohui Lighting Co., Ltd. ..

1995

Dongguan Ying Hui Lighting Co., Ltd. was established, and the comprehensive building of Ying Hui, which integrates shops and staff quarters, was formally established.

1996

It passed the ISO-9002 quality system certification and became the first lamp factory in China to obtain the certificate.

In June, 1 1 further obtained the ISO-900 1 product design and development quality system certificate.

In June, it passed the ISO9002-2000 certification.

Introduce the franchise system, and start to promote Ying Hui lighting (commercial lighting) and Baxter lighting (home lighting).

In 2002

Develop household lamps business in China.

The light source detection and experiment center was established and began to enter the field of light source manufacturing.

Build an automatic aluminum die casting factory to produce all kinds of household aluminum lamps and commercial lighting lamps.

In 2003

In September, it passed the ISO 14000 environmental management system certification.

Buy a commercial building in Putuo District, Shanghai, and set up a sales headquarters in China and a lighting museum in Ying Hui.

Ying Hui Lighting China Sales Headquarters was established in Shanghai.

Acquisition of Eliance Group, Inc, a professional lighting product sales company in Seattle, USA, and its assembly plant in Mexico.

In 2005

The Group continuously improves its production capacity. In June 2005, the new factory in Dongguan was fully completed and put into operation.

The group successfully acquired R.A.M. LightingLtd (R.A.M), a well-known home improvement lighting distributor in Canada. The acquisition will further strengthen the Group's promotion and sales strength in the North American market.

On August 4th, Ying Hui Lighting Application Center was grandly opened, marking that Ying Hui has entered a higher professional level in the field of lighting design.

the year of 2008

Establish LED R&D center and develop LED modules and lighting equipment.

With the aim of independent design, the group has designed a large number of excellent lighting products for the company and obtained American patents. There are more than 200 patents authorized and nearly 400 patents authorized in China.

20 10 year

The group successfully developed 360-degree LED bulbs and obtained invention patents.

LED products have been successfully applied to indoor home lighting, commercial places and hotel clubs.
