Moderator: First of all, I would like to thank General Manager Huang for accepting an exclusive interview with us in car home during his busy schedule. Please give us a brief introduction of your shop first.

Huang Pei: Hello, I'm Huang Pei, general manager of Audi 4S store in Wei Xing. Our Wei Xing Audi 4S store is the largest and most comprehensive brand in Guangzhou, with a building area of 265,438+0,000 square meters, which is one of the best in Guangzhou in terms of scale. Our store was acquired by Daxing Automobile Group on 20/0/8. Daxing Automobile Group is also an established automobile group in Shenzhen, with 34 stores in 4S.

Moderator: What models did Audi bring to the exhibition this time? Are all departments here?

Huang Pei: This time, Audi brand brought all Audi models into Guangzhou Auto Show, especially several new models made their debut at Guangzhou Auto Show, such as A3? L, which is also the hottest topic these days, A3 also has an extended version. A3 these days? L is also the model with the highest proportion of our orders, with high customer acceptance, including Q5 Sport? Come back, and all the electron tubes, all the electric cars.

Compere: Has our store brought preferential policies to customers and netizens?

Huang Pei: Yes, in addition to the eight gifts given by the manufacturer for this auto show, Wei Xing Audi will also give the customer an all-aluminum boarding box and a 24-inch TV when booking the car.

Moderator: In the first half of this year, everyone was confused because of the epidemic, but in the second half of the year, the state introduced a series of stimulus policies, which rebounded or the growth rate was good. When affected by the epidemic, did our store make some temporary challenges to deal with it?

Huang Pei: Yes, at the initial stage of the epidemic, it wasn't aimed at the Audi 4S store, but it was a huge blow to the whole car dealer. But later, under the leadership of the manufacturers and our group, our Audi store also made some different policies for this epidemic. For example, because the contact between people was minimized during the epidemic, we proposed the door-to-door car delivery service for customers, whether it was car repair or maintenance. In addition, we turned the offline exhibition hall into an online exhibition hall, and built an online exhibition hall through the Internet, regardless of geographical restrictions and time constraints. We also set up some large online teams to sell and provide some services.

Moderator: After these adjustments, what is the target completion rate this year?

Huang Pei: By the end of 65438+ 10 this year, we have completed 89% of the tasks of Wei Xing Audi 4S store this year. It is estimated that 165438+ 10 will complete the annual task, and 65438+February is the increment of this year, exceeding the target.

Moderator: As we all know, including some joint venture brands, the increase is not as fast as that of luxury brands. Feeling the demand for quality of life, more and more consumers will choose to buy BBA.

Huang Pei: Yes, in fact, the epidemic has a greater impact on entry-level customers, because with the increase of living costs, customers of entry-level models will not particularly consider buying passenger cars. They may consider, for example, these things after the epidemic recovery, but we can see that the luxury car market has grown significantly, and so can Audi. Since the epidemic slowly recovered in April this year, sales in our region, including our stores, have gradually picked up.

Moderator: Today is a public day, and other stores will sell it. If I go to the Audi booth now and choose to buy in Wei Xing, what features does Wei Xing have in terms of service or other aspects to attract consumers?

Huang Pei: Due to its own characteristics, our company attaches great importance to this auto show. In addition to our on-site 12 elite sales consultant, there is also a sales manager and a sales director. The general manager is also on the scene every day these days. We also rented the exclusive VIP reception exhibition area of our Wei Xing Audi 4S store at the gate, and provided free tea and coffee at the gate of Hall 8. 1.

Moderator: Just now, you said that this year's task is basically not a problem, and it may be overfulfilled. What are your expectations for next year?

Huang Pei: We have a long-term expectation for next year, because now we can see that the luxury car market is growing gradually, from the initial recovery to the present growth. Our expectations for next year are the same as those of Audi manufacturers. It is estimated that the luxury car market will create better results next year.

Moderator: Do you have an expectation for yourself, including new energy vehicles? We also have our own electric car, such as what percentage, a numerical estimate?

Huang Pei: In terms of electric vehicles, Audi has launched its own e-tron brand electric vehicles to respond to the general trend of the country and society. E-tron is a series of small, medium and large cars, such as Q2L, including e-tron, and so on. There are two models on the market now, and several models will be officially listed next year. Our booth is more comprehensive.

In terms of proportion, at present, the proportion of our electric vehicles in traditional fuel vehicles may not be particularly high, only accounting for about 5%, but I think that in the Audi system next year, the proportion of our electric vehicles may reach 10%, rising to more than 10%,15%.
