Tiedong District, Anshan City issued the "Notice on the Orderly Opening of Some Public Places in Tiedong District" on December 1, 2022. Starting from December 2, some public places in Tiedong District will be reopened in an orderly manner. There are various performing arts venues such as song and dance halls, KTVs, bars, and discos in the district; mahjong parlors, chess and card rooms, Internet cafes, script games, entertainment halls and other indoor entertainment venues; billiard halls, swimming pools, badminton halls, table tennis halls, etc. Various indoor sports and fitness venues, various indoor life service venues such as foot spas, health salons, massage parlors, nail salons, and beauty salons, morning and evening markets, and off-campus education and training institutions will continue to be temporarily closed.
