A written material summarizing the study, work and life of a period, a year and a stage. You can make clear the direction of the next work, make fewer detours, make fewer mistakes and improve work efficiency. So do a good summary and write a good summary. Do you want to know how to write a summary? The following is a summary of the staged work of attachment training I collected for you, for reference only. Let's have a look.

Time flies. It's almost three months since I came to Holiday Inn Pattaya as an assistant to the general manager. In the past three months, under the leadership of the general manager of the hotel, with the cooperation and support of the managers of all departments, I have always cherished the opportunity, studied hard, actively cooperated, actively participated and thought deeply, and got a comprehensive study and exercise, and my thinking and working ability have been improved to varying degrees. In short, I feel deeply and gain a lot. A lot of things I couldn't learn in the army before. The following is a summary of my work in the past three months:

First, change the role of work and grasp the key points of work:

I am a soldier who is about to be demobilized. I have worked in the army for 12 years. As the saying goes, "the army is a melting pot, and there are many opportunities for learning", but I still feel that what I have learned in the army is still too narrow. After learning that I was going to work in Pattaya Hotel for the first time, I got a preliminary understanding of the hotel through the Internet. I know that Holiday Inn Pattaya belongs to Wujiaochang Group, which is a wholly-owned enterprise directly under the group and built according to the quasi-four-star standard. For such a job, although I have 12 years of experience in the army, I still feel pressured. I remember the day when I first attended a hotel meeting. The general manager first introduced me as the assistant to the general manager to the heads of various departments attending the meeting. While getting to know them, I also felt the corporate atmosphere of the hotel. After the meeting, through the further introduction of the general manager, I felt the importance of this attachment exercise and realized that this time we should take the development strategy of the group as the highest program and carry out related work in the general direction of implementing the intention of the group leaders. Maybe my cultural knowledge is not as good as other colleagues, but I am a demobilized soldier. I know the importance of the army and the importance of an enterprise. I will definitely apply my good work practice and work style in the army to the daily management of the hotel.

Second, pay attention to their own cultural learning, based on their own work:

Around the realization of the goal of temporary training, I quickly adapted to two changes, namely, the change of work role and the change of work environment. Be willing to be a primary school student, be modest and prudent, be not ashamed to ask questions, and always put yourself in a correct position after employment.

I used to be engaged in the logistics work of the detachment in the army, such as the daily procurement, financial reimbursement, building property management, canteen kitchen management and other daily work of the detachment. But after arriving at the hotel, I deeply felt that my work experience was far from enough. So I tried to grasp the main points of hotel management in a short time by reading relevant textbooks, paying attention to industry news and information and consulting the general manager. First of all, I learned the organizational structure of the hotel in detail, looked at the job responsibilities and personnel information of relevant personnel in various departments, and looked at various management systems that have been formed and filed. Through a series of studies, I have more clearly defined my job responsibilities. Whether a soldier or an assistant, first of all, they should be clear about their job responsibilities, be familiar with the harsh working environment, identify the problems of the enterprise, strive to do better in management, and solve problems for the general manager.

Through a period of understanding of the hotel, I actively assisted the general manager to do the corresponding hotel management work. First of all, combined with some working experience in the army, the integrity of various fire-fighting facilities and office equipment and facilities in the hotel was inspected and fed back. Cooperate with the general manager to improve the hotel's safety work system, such as formulating the safety responsibility system for the heads of various departments. Secondly, assist the general manager to supervise and feedback the service attitude, service skills, service methods and work situation of all departments in the hotel. Report the problem to the general manager in time and help him solve the problem.

Third, experience:

It may be too early for a soldier who has just transferred from the army to manage an enterprise, but I know that both the army and the enterprise should have various rules and regulations, and more importantly, they should be implemented and implemented. After three months of work and exercise, I feel the youthful vitality of the hotel and the innovation after continuous progress and change. In addition to feeling, more is thinking:

In hotel management, the most important thing is personnel. Structurally, the personnel structure can be subdivided into high-level, middle-level and grassroots. Top managers should communicate with each other in their work and form a working mode of information sharing;

First, if the communication is not timely and the information is unclear, it will cause some problems. For example, repeated management of subordinates at all levels, neglect of supervision and supervision, or leapfrog management of subordinates, department heads directly assigned to subordinates.

Second, the top management can't pay too much attention to individual departments and affairs, so that it can't formulate development strategies from a global perspective.

Third, if the top management fails to supervise the daily work of middle managers, first, the enthusiasm of subordinates will be very low. This will lead to middle-level cadres not being alert to their own quality and work requirements in time, not being clear about their own work, and being lax in their work attitude; Second, for the problems that have been found, there is a lack of communication ability between departments, upward communication and downward management ability, so that effective solutions cannot be proposed; Third, it is easy for middle managers to be content with the status quo and not be proactive. At the same time, I think my position is a little high, and my enthusiasm for grassroots employees is not high. This will lead to low enthusiasm of grass-roots staff, no goal in their work, and lower requirements for their own work.

Fourth, the direction of future efforts:

First of all, I would like to thank the leaders of the group and the general manager of the hotel for giving me an opportunity to take up my post, which made me deeply feel that this opportunity is hard-won. Thank you for your support and help to my work. In order to repay the group leaders and live up to their expectations, I will pay attention to the improvement of my own learning in my future work, constantly learn new knowledge and learn from each other to adapt to the ever-changing workplace and market changes. Assist the Group to do a good job in attracting investment, assist the General Manager to connect the preceding with the following, collect relevant information of employees in time, assist the General Manager to do a good job in hotel fire protection and other related safety work, modify various rules and regulations, reward and punishment measures and performance appraisal, and assist the General Manager to improve the work efficiency of the logistics department so as to better serve other departments. Cooperate with the general manager to do a good job in the internal management of the hotel, so that the general manager can have more time to devote to the management, so that the turnover of the hotel can reach a higher level, assist the personnel department to strengthen the performance appraisal and induction training of hotel employees, make use of various training opportunities to instill a sense of ownership in employees, and think about their own shortcomings and deficiencies at any time, so as to realize that they are not only short of their own professional knowledge, but also weak in their current ways and methods of handling various affairs, and learn more from the strengths of others to achieve twice the result with half the effort. Learning to listen to different voices will be of great help to understand the development of the situation and formulate perfect solutions. Increase sensitivity to aspects not involved, and learn to question and think. Strive to make its due contribution to the construction and development of the group and the hotel!
