The Dai language of Ruili River is Nanmao, which means "River shrouded in white fog", that is, Shuimo River, which is also called Luchuan River in history. Located in Dehong Autonomous Prefecture in the west of Yunnan Province, it is 53km long and100-200m wide.

This river has irrigated hundreds of millions of hectares of fertile land in China and Myanmar, and raised nearly one million people. It is one of the important rivers in the west of Yunnan Province, belonging to the subtropical long-flowing river. The water in Ruili River is gentle and clear as a mirror, with fertile fields on the banks of the river and picturesque scenery surrounded by trees and bamboos in Dai villages.

Ruili Tourism Taobao Farm is located in the west of Nongdao Town, Ruili City, about 35 kilometers away from the urban area and covers an area of 60 hectares. This is a world-famous gem metallogenic belt, which stretches about 10 km along the clear Nangu River. Nanguhe Tourism Taobao Site was built in the most abundant gem metallogenic belt-Nongdao Nanguhe River, covering an area of 600,000 square meters.

Visitors take part in Taobao, and use the designated tools to collect the original gem ore. The original gem ore can be identified by a specially designated Burmese gem processor and processed into gem products such as rings, necklaces and bracelets on the spot. This is one of the areas with the richest gem mineralization, which is famous for rubies and sapphires.
