Hello, Ctrip needs hotel confirmation before it can give you confirmation. This will take some time, please be patient. Generally speaking:

1. Domestic orders: for those who check in on the same day, they are generally confirmed within 1 hour after the order is submitted; The next day's check-in is generally confirmed within 2 hours after the order is submitted.

2. Hong Kong and Macao orders: working hours: check-in on the same day, usually within 3 hours after submitting the order; If you check in the next day, you will usually reply within 4 hours after submitting the order; Non-working hours, generally reply within 24 hours after submitting the order.

For orders from Hong Kong and Macao, the working hours are usually 9:00- 18:00 from Monday to Friday, and public holidays in Hong Kong and Macao are non-working hours outside this time period;

3. Overseas orders: I will reply to you on the next working day at the latest.
