The handsome young Richard Smetevins (Jonathan Rice) ...

Meyers) is an ordinary employee working in the American Embassy in France. For him, the greatest enjoyment of this job is that he can live in his dream Paris, the romantic city, at public expense, because Richard is also a lover-level boy, and the phantom of Paris has always made him linger. So Richard gave up all other job opportunities, but never changed the low-level intelligence work of the embassy to give himself time to enjoy life.

However, Richard's wishful thinking will soon come to nothing. Recently, something happened in Paris, which made the American government quite a headache. This matter is mysterious, involving government secrets of France and the United States. Therefore, the United States sent a well-trained old FBI agent to France to perform a task, and Richard was ordered to receive him. This American Federal Bureau of Investigation (played by john Travolta) named Wax is not a vegetarian. He is not only extremely accurate in marksmanship, but also careless in character. He is foul-mouthed and has a very different personality from Richard. Because of his work, Richard has to walk in the streets of Paris with Vax. Richard, who usually has nothing to do with fighting and killing, now faces a large group of terrorists who kill people without blinking an eye, which he never dreamed of before.
