What is the nightingale effect?

Nightingale treats every patient with love, which leads her to fall in love with her patients, and then it is extended to the effect of falling in love with her patients, that is, the "Nightingale effect".

After studying nursing in Germany, Nightingale worked in a hospital in London. 1853, she became the head nurse of London Charity Hospital.

After her death, according to her will, there was no state funeral. However, in order to show her reverence and admiration, the world regards her birthday May 12 as the International Nurses' Day.
