According to my personal experience, I make the following arrangements for your schedule for your reference.

To Sanya, you must visit the scenic spots: 1 Nanshan Temple+Tianya Haijiao (all in Sanya Bay, and the scenic spots are very close).

2 Wuzhizhou (Haitang Bay)

Day 1 (Yalong Bay): After arrival, put your luggage in the hotel, and after filling your stomach, you can go to the nearby Yalong Bay Forest Park and Yalong Bay Fine Sand Beach to play. You can visit hotels in Yalong Bay and Luhuitou Park at night.

The next day (Sanya Bay): Get up in the morning, take a bus to Sanya Bay, visit "Nanshan Temple" and "Tianya Haijiao", eat seafood in the Spring Garden at night, and visit the duty-free shops in the city.

Day 3 (moving to Haitang Bay): Check out early and go directly to Doubletree by Haitang Bay. Hilton Hotel must be very comfortable. Go to the beach or swimming pool. It's not bad to stay in the hotel for a day.

Day 4 (Wuzhizhou): Take a taxi directly from the hotel, and 40 yuan can reach Wuzhizhou. You can spend a whole day on the island, and you can experience such marine projects as diving, speedboat and motorboat in Wuzhizhou. Offshore projects are expensive, so choose by yourself.

Before returning to the hotel, you can take a bus from Wuzhizhou Wharf to Wanglin Town for snacks, which is the living area of islanders. Eating, shopping and buying fruit are very cheap. Ten yuan is enough to take a taxi back to the hotel from Wanglin Town.

Day 5 (Haitang Bay): I'm going back on the fifth day, so let's sunbathe on the beach in Haitang Bay.

After checking out on 12, you can leave your luggage in the lobby and continue to enjoy the hotel swimming pool and beach.

Other friendly tips:

1 Diving Both Yalong Bay Beach and Wuzhizhou can dive, but the water quality in Wuzhizhou is clearer than Yalong Bay;

Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay are not very convenient to eat. I don't want to talk about breakfast buffet. I usually play at noon, and the bread+fruit+sausage in the scenic spot can cope. If you live in Yalong Bay, I suggest you go to the food stalls in "Spring Garden" or "First Market" for dinner. Even if you spend 80 yuan's money to go back and forth from Yalong Bay, it is cost-effective (food stalls are cheap, crabs and shrimps are free to eat, and you can experience them yourself); Hilton buffet dinner in Haitang Bay has more than 100 people. The food is ok and the environment is good. You can go around first and eat properly!
