According to the notice, the cultural and tourism administrative departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) can resume cross-provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) team tourism and "air ticket+hotel" business with the consent of the local provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) party committees and governments. Group tour and "air ticket+hotel" business are not allowed in high-risk areas. The inbound and outbound tourism business will not be resumed for the time being.

The circular also requires that measures to restrict tourist attractions be adjusted. Tourist attractions should continue to implement the requirements of "limited, reserved and peak-shifting", and the number of tourists received should be adjusted from 30% of the maximum carrying capacity to 50%. Under the premise of strict implementation of various prevention and control measures, indoor places in tourist attractions will be opened by way of reservation and current restriction.

According to the data of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, from May/KLOC-0 to May 5, the country received a total of 1.10.50 billion person-times, achieving a total domestic tourism revenue of 47.56 billion yuan.
