How to evaluate the plot of The Masked Hotel?

Masked Hotel is a film based on Keigo Higashino's novel of the same name. Directed by Masayuki Suzuki, written by Okada Shangdao, starring Kimura Takuya and Masami Nagasawa. It premiered in Japan on 20 19 18 10/8.

Introduction:

There were three murders in Tokyo. The police inferred from the unexplained sequences left over from all the crime scenes that this was a series of serial killings with advance warning information and launched an investigation.
