5. In the case of tense work or personnel, the duty manager has the obligation to assist various hotel departments to ensure the normal operation of the hotel.
6. If a major accident such as a fire occurs in the hotel, the duty manager must lead and direct the hotel employees to carry out alarm, personnel evacuation, rescue and disaster relief, etc.
7. If there is an inspection by a higher-level authority, the manager on duty should take the initiative to cooperate.
8. Under special circumstances, the duty manager has the right to temporarily mobilize personnel in various positions. The Duty Manager has primary responsibility for the safety and operation of the hotel while on duty. The manager on duty must understand the requests and reports from employees in each department, and must deal with the problems as soon as possible.
9. During the duty period, the duty officer should take the initiative to coordinate and deal with guest complaints and other incidents that occur in the hotel. 3. Manager duty system

3. Managers on duty must conscientiously adhere to their posts, inspect various departments at least twice a day, and fill in inspection records truthfully.
4. A rotating duty system is implemented when the manager is on duty. The manager is on duty from 19:00 to 8:00 the next day. The manager on duty must make appropriate preparations before taking over the shift, go to the deputy general manager's office to obtain the duty inspection record, and listen to the deputy general manager's instructions.
