Advertisements shall not be posted on the front and rear windshield, front hood and trunk lid of the automobile, and the main color of the automobile body shall not be changed. Set aside a certain area of body color on both sides of the body (excluding glass), and the advertising area shall not exceed 2/3 of the body.

Legal basis:

Article 13 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety stipulates that motor vehicle number plates shall be hung at designated positions in front of and behind the vehicle to keep them clear and complete. Heavy and medium-sized trucks and their trailers, tractors and their trailers shall be painted with enlarged brand numbers at the rear of the carriage, and the words shall be correct and clear. The Regulations on the Administration of Outdoor Advertising Registration stipulates that:

Article 5 To publish the following advertisements, the applicant shall apply to the administrative department for industry and commerce for the registration of outdoor advertisements in accordance with these provisions, and obtain the outdoor advertisement registration certificate:

(1) Advertisements published in outdoor places, spaces and facilities with display boards, electronic display devices, light boxes and neon lights as carriers;

(2) Advertisements painted, posted and hung on the surfaces of vehicles, floating objects on water, lift-off devices, inflators and models;

(3) Advertisements installed in underground railway facilities, urban rail transit facilities, underground passages, and inside and outside the terminals of stations, docks and airports;

(four) other forms of outdoor advertising that should be registered as stipulated by laws, regulations and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Outdoor advertisements designed by themselves to publicize the name, logo, business scope, legal representative (person in charge) and contact information of the unit are set in the legal control zone of the registered address and legal business premises of the unit, and it is not necessary to apply to the administrative department for industry and commerce for outdoor advertisement registration.
