For a couple whose marriage is at a bottleneck, the night when a car breaks down on a desolate country road is about to become an unimaginable nightmare ... On a dark and remote road, David Fox (owen wilson) and his divorced wife Amy (Kate Bechensha) are forced to stay in a low-class hotel run by an eccentric boss (Frank Wally). During their constant quarrel, the couple accidentally found a cruel video in their dirty and shabby room, and realized that the bloody film was actually shot in the room where they lived ... David and Amy knew that if they didn't put aside their differences and work together, they would all be the next victims. After their son died unexpectedly, David and Amy's marriage completely collapsed. On his last trip before the divorce, David broke into a strange and deserted shortcut. After the car broke down unexpectedly, they had no choice but to stay in the only hotel nearby, and Manson, the eccentric night manager of the hotel, seemed to be far more interested in watching cruel horror movies than helping them solve the engine problem. The couple endured a tense and unpleasant night in the same room with each other. But soon after they removed the worn bedspread, there was a crazy crash next door. When they complained to Manson about this situation, Manson said that they were the only customers in the hotel, explaining that the noise might be caused by the tramp trying to break into the house. In order to relax his anxiety and helplessness, David simply looked through the unmarked videos in the room and found that the contents of the videos were actually extremely realistic and low-cost sadistic movies. A few minutes later, David realized in his growing fear that the cruel violence in these videos was not a performance, and this "honeymoon suite" with many hidden cameras was the venue for this morbid and deadly cat-and-mouse game. David and Amy know that these bloodthirsty killers are trying to turn themselves into the protagonists of the next murder video. However, when they tried their best to escape, they found that these people were filming their every move and playing with them to increase the attraction of cruel movies. As the enemy approached quickly, David and Amy knew that they had to rely on each other to have the chance to spend the longest night of their lives. Pinhole Hotel skillfully combines the elements of bloody horror films and psychological thrillers, surpassing the above two films with touching stories about loss, love and redemption.
