There are two specific implementation methods:

The new regulations are aimed at passengers who "have no green code of the country of origin". Now the embassy has promulgated this cross-double inspection regulation, which will have very high requirements for flight connection! It is not easy for a scheme to meet the four requirements of airport transit time, green code validity period (48 hours, airport mutual inspection interval (12 hours) and flight departure time at the same time!

Take Jixiang Airlines as an example. Jihang's guidance on passenger double inspection is in place.

JiHang advises passengers to arrive at Helsinki Airport at least 10 hour in advance, so as to reserve enough time for double inspection, or they can arrive at the airport one night in advance.

Originally, Ji Hang flight HO 1608 took off at 17:35 and arrived in He.

After the implementation of the new regulations, passengers must arrive at least 10 hour in advance, 12 hour =22 hours, that is, before the night before 19:35, they should attend the double inspection on Saturday night and then on Sunday morning. After the implementation of the new policy, passengers must arrive in Helsinki before 17:30 the day before, so as to have enough time for cross-checking and double-checking.

So the question is, how long is the longest stay at Helsinki airport? After checking the airport information, the answer is that you can stay overnight or stay for more than 24 hours. There is no specific upper limit. Even if you stay for 48 hours, you can stay. Originally, due to the restriction of the green code, the transfer must be completed within 48 hours. However, since there is no green code for the first trip, there is no such restriction. So, if you don't have a green code, I suggest you don't choose a flight that is too closely connected.

Bad: Other consequences caused by cross-checking and double-checking.

Double inspection does help to avoid fuse, but the detection ability and speed of each detection center are limited, and the number of passengers that can be accommodated is also limited. When the New Deal comes out, there may be a situation where the flight has a position, but the double inspection can't keep up.
