Brief introduction of Lucheng

Lucheng Town is located in the east of Tongzhou City, between the Canal and Chaobai River, and adjacent to Dachang County of Hebei Province in the east. The town government is located in the north of Hugezhuang Village. The town covers an area of 70.76 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 56 natural villages, 54 villagers' committees and 3 residents' communities. The permanent population is 64,542, and the registered population is 38,967, including 29,492 agricultural population, 9,475 non-agricultural population and 2 1 342 rural population.
