What are the differences between LED floodlights, wall washers and spotlights?

LED floodlights are also called projection lights, spotlights, floodlights, etc. They are mainly used for architectural decorative lighting (it has not yet been used for functional lighting). Its appearance has a round shape. There are also some square ones, because heat dissipation generally has to be considered, so its appearance is still somewhat different from traditional floodlights.

The wall washer comes from the English wash wall, and when translated into Chinese, it becomes the wall washer. LED wall washers are also called linear LED floodlights, etc. Because their shape is long, some people also call them LED linear lights. They are mainly used for architectural decorative lighting and to outline large buildings. The outline and its technical parameters are generally similar to those of LED floodlights. Compared with other shapes of LED floodlights, the heat dissipation device of the LED wall washer's strip structure is easier to handle.

LED spotlights can also be used to illuminate walls, because the definition of spotlights is relatively broad. Outdoor lighting fixtures are also called LED spotlights, and indoor lighting fixtures are also called LED spotlights. Those for outdoor use are waterproof and those for indoor use. It is not waterproof and can be used interchangeably with different names wherever it is used. LED spotlights and LED wall washers actually have something in common. They both illuminate the wall and embellish the outdoor lighting project.
