Stayed for three nights in a deluxe business suite. The area is said to be 90 square meters and the equipment is good. The walls of the entire suite were covered in scratches and dirt with patches of paint, which felt weird. After taking a shower on the first night, the bathroom floor was filled with water. The reason was that the edges of the bathtub were round and the water ran down the edges. This was a design problem and there was no way to save it. At noon after the second night, I received a text message from Fengguang, saying that the hotel notified Fengguang that the guest would check out after staying for one night. However, he was still staying and had not changed rooms, so I don’t know why the hotel sent such a notice. On the last day, I was supposed to check out at noon. At 9:10 in the morning, someone knocked on the door and said I wanted to check out. I couldn't understand! Also the service staff at the front desk and lobby did not smile. The overall experience was not good and I would not stay here again unless necessary.
