Working in a travel agency, if a guest asks me how the hotel is, what should I answer?

There are two situations in the actual reply:

1, stranger query:

A- If it is provided by you: A-Nice hotel. It is an X-star hotel, clean and sanitary, close to X (a famous scenic spot or guest destination) and convenient transportation.

B- If the guest found it himself: Answer-Not bad, it's the X Star Hotel.

2. Inquiries from old customers:

A- If it's provided by you: Answer-It's better than X Hotel (the last guest to stay). It's an X-star hotel.

B- If the guest found it himself: Answer-Is it better or worse than X Hotel (where the guest stayed last time)? It is an X-star hotel.
