Luoyang Vocational College of Cultural Tourism is a public vocational college approved by the provincial government, put on record by the Ministry of Education and organized by Luoyang Municipal People's Government.

The college is located at No.299 Yuquan Street, Yibin District, Luoyang City. The first phase covers an area of 299.34 mu, with a total construction area of 90,269 square meters, including 8 1.662 square meters above ground and 8,607 square meters underground. It mainly includes teaching buildings, training buildings, libraries, dormitories, restaurants, stadiums and other facilities, which basically meet the current needs of running schools.

In 20021year, the college offered five majors, including travel management and service, cultural creativity and planning, performing arts, ceramic design and technology, and fitness guidance and management, with an enrollment of 1000.

In 2022, eight majors including tourism management, tour guide, dance performance, music performance, software technology, big data technology and visual communication design will be added, and it is planned to enroll 2,000 students. With the expansion of its scale, the college will form a new development pattern of "literary creation, literary travel, style and teaching".

Luoyang Vocational College of Cultural Tourism is a public university approved by Henan Provincial People's Government. Enrollment began in May 20021year with the approval of the Provincial Admissions Office, and enrollment began in June 20021year.

By the decision of Luoyang Municipal People's Government, the college will temporarily run a school at No.2 Yanbo Avenue in Yichuan County, and No.2 Yanbo Avenue in Yichuan County will rent the campus land for the secondary vocational school in Yichuan County. In 2022, the school moved from No.2 Yanbo Avenue in Yichuan County to No.299 Yuquan Street in Yibin District, Luoyang City.

Taking Luoyang Kindergarten Normal School as the main body, Luoyang Vocational College of Cultural Tourism was established. In 2022, Luoyang Sports School was merged into Luoyang Vocational College of Cultural Tourism, which mainly opened Luoyang-featured higher vocational colleges specializing in art education, hotel management, tourism management and art design, and also had the function of teacher training.
