A Michelin-starred restaurant, Jingyatang, has no private menu.

Jing Ya Hall, a Michelin-starred restaurant, is located in the house opposite Beijing. Based on the famous Peking Duck, this restaurant creates creative dishes and local delicacies from all over China.

Jing Ya Tang Restaurant has won the favor of gourmets with the most authentic China dishes since it opened on October 3rd, and has become the preferred destination of Peking Duck. At the end of last year, it won a star and became one of the 23 restaurants in Beijing in the new Michelin guide.

Main ingredients:

Water (300g)

Sugar (80g)

Sliced plums (1 slice)

Concentrated orange juice (10g)

White vinegar (50ml)

Cherry tomato (200g)

Method:

1. Remove the roots of the cherry tomatoes and peel them with boiling water.
