Can the hotel open a daytime room?

Sure. If you just want to take a break, you can open an hourly room. This different hotel has different regulations, which may be two hours, five hours and so on. If you want to stay normally, you should normally check in after two o'clock in the afternoon and check out before twelve o'clock the next day, but you can check in if you have a room available in the morning, and the check-out time remains unchanged.
