1. 2. All personnel returning to Han should report to the destination village, unit and hotel 48 hours in advance to make an appointment. If it is impossible to judge the risk by going back to Han directly without fulfilling the filing procedures, it will be returned to Han according to the medium and high risk area, and centralized isolation will be implemented, and the expenses incurred will be borne by individuals.

3. All personnel returning to Han must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and then carry out nucleic acid test after landing and give a pop-up prompt; If there is no negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, but there are special circumstances that need to be returned to China, antigen testing will be added. Complete the second nucleic acid detection within 48 hours after returning to Han 24 hours. If the result is negative, delete the health code pop-up prompt.

4. The relevant responsible units shall be responsible for the point-to-point transshipment and centralized isolation of the returnees in high-risk areas, counties where the positive infected persons are located and other key areas.
