Decision of the Yinchuan Municipal People's Government on the abolition of some government regulations and normative documents

(Deliberated and adopted at the 58th Executive Meeting of the Yinchuan Municipal People's Government on June 29, 2006, July 2006 On the 21st, Yinchuan Municipal People's Government Order No. 21 was announced and came into effect on July 12, 2006)

In order to strive to build our city into a modern regional central city that is most suitable for living and starting a business in the northwest region, Timely clearing up government regulations and normative documents that are inconsistent with national laws and regulations or inconsistent with reality. The 58th executive meeting of the Municipal People's Government studied and decided to review 25 government regulations and 1 government regulations issued and implemented from 1985 to 2005. The regulatory documents shall be abolished.
