According to the announcement issued by Bengbu Natural Resources and Planning Bureau (Municipal Forestry Bureau) No.202 1 (Bengbu Natural Information Office [2021] No.6) on July 3, in August, Bengbu plans to transfer 6 cases of state-owned construction land use rights, including 4 cases of 507 mu of land in Bengbu High-tech Zone, involving residential land, primary and secondary schools land and medical land; In addition, there are two cases of industrial land, which are located in the high-tech zone and the Economic Development Zone.

Banggua (2021) No.35 land

No.35 plot of Banggua (2021) is located in the south of Gaoxin Road and west of Heying Road in High-tech Zone, with a transfer area of about 1 17.09 mu. The planned land is residential land, with plot ratio ≤ 1.3, total transfer price of 248.04 million yuan and floor price of about 2444.20.

The plot is located on the west side of Heshunshan dialect under construction. It is worth noting that the plot is close to Heying and Meiyuan, and the environment is good. The surrounding buildings for sale include Heshun Shanyu, Runzhi Suzhou House, China Railway Construction Yannanyuan, and Mercure Palace Riverside.

Second, the bidder's conditions

Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, China people, legal persons, natural persons and other organizations at home and abroad may participate in the bidding. In the "Anhui Natural Resources Credit Information Management System", there is a bad record of breach of contract and dishonesty and it is in the disciplinary period.
