Development and construction of key areas: Chancheng District will lead the urban form and industrial orientation through the development and construction of key areas such as Huanwenhua Park Innovation and Vitality Zone, Jin Ju Science and Technology Innovation Park, Dongping Yungu, Foshan People's Livelihood Security Base, Fengxiangwan Urban Industrial Zone and Guangzhou-Zhanjiang High-speed Railway Foshan Station Hub New Town, and build an industrial innovation highland with "five districts, three belts and five platforms".
