Goose yellow wine is known as Hanzhou fine wine. "Yu Fang Sheng Lan" contains: "Goose yellow is the name of Hanzhou wine, which is not as good as that of Shu." In the early Sui Dynasty, Hanzhou was Mianzhu, and in the Song Dynasty, Hanzhou included Mianzhu, Shifang and Guanghan. In addition to glacier water, Mianzhu's unique geological, soil and climate conditions have created the unique flavor and noble quality of Jiannanchun. There are different kinds and quantities of microorganisms in different areas. It is found that there are various kinds of microorganisms about 30 degrees north latitude, which is beneficial to the cultivation, screening, elimination and complementation of microorganisms in Daqu. The diversity of brewing microorganisms is the source of rich trace components in Jiannanchun wine.

Jian Nanchun's unique medium-high koji-making temperature and special microbial environment created his unique style. Someone tried to copy "Jian Nanchun" in other places, but it was not difficult to understand that it failed. In 2002, "Jiannanchun" won the protection of national origin, which is the recognition that "Jiannanchun" cannot be brewed in different places.

The weakly acidic yellow mud used by Jiannanchun for cellar building and cellar spraying has strong viscosity and is rich in various minerals such as phosphorus, iron, nickel, cobalt and zinc, which is very beneficial to the reproduction and growth of brewing microorganisms and becomes a trace component with health care function in finished wine.

The production process of "Jiannanchun" is a typical continuous distiller's grains mixed steaming solid fermentation process, and the aroma substances in the wine mainly rely on excellent old pit mud and "Wannian distiller's grains".
