Haining Yintai City is invested and developed by Yintai Department Store (Group) with 2 billion yuan. The project is located in the core business district south of the city, bordering Qianjiang Road in the north, Xinyuan Road in the south, Planning Road in the east and Changhai Road in the west. The total area of the project is 145 mu, and the total construction area is about 430,000 square meters. Among them, the ground area is 270,000 square meters, and the Yintai Shopping Center Headquarters will be built, with a total construction area of107,000 square meters, hotel-style offices108,000 square meters and 55,000 square meters of shops.
