Daily management system of the marketing department

1. Strict check-in system. Every day when going out to sell, you must report to the department first and must be approved by the manager before going out. If you are unable to clock in in time due to work, you must report to the manager for signature early the next morning. Overdue payment will not be made.

2. If you leave your workplace to go to a hotel to do business, you must inform other colleagues of your location. Outside work must be approved by the department manager and noted on the department shift notebook.

3. Work clothes must be worn when going to work, and work clothes must be neat and tidy. During the tour tour, tour guides and out-of-town salespeople can wear casual clothes. When returning to the hotel, they should immediately change into work clothes. They are not allowed to wear work clothes back to the dormitory.

9. If you work overtime due to leading a group or following a meeting, you must report to the manager the next morning to confirm the time. No replacement will be made after that.

10. Compensatory leave and personal leave must be submitted to the manager for approval in advance. It is strictly prohibited to take leave first and report later. For sick leave, a doctor’s note must be presented.

11. Compensatory leave for personal leave must be handed over to designated colleagues. Compensatory leave is not allowed during important events.
