Huanghe road (Chang 'an Road-Chezhan Road) is one of the main roads in the north and south of our city, which bears the pressure of city carts crossing the border, and the road is seriously damaged. In order to improve the road environment in an all-round way and provide a safe and excellent travel environment for the general public, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau plans to transform the road with rain and sewage diversion in the near future. In order to ensure the traffic order and safety during the construction period, the project will be fully enclosed. Please forgive the inconvenience caused to the public during the construction period!

The traffic guidance scheme is as follows:

I. East-west traffic around the project

During the construction period, huanghe road and Jianshe intersection, Le Kang intersection, Xinhua intersection, Xinling intersection and Bayi intersection will be reserved to ensure the normal traffic of people and vehicles in the east-west direction. Some sidewalks on both sides of huanghe road are reserved for people in this area.

Second, traffic transits through huanghe road in the north-south direction.

During the construction period, the north-south direction will bypass Huancheng West Road-Wulong Road (East)-Golden Apple Avenue-Yanshan Avenue (West)-East City Sign (South)-binjiang road Temporary Passage-Yinzhuang Village Hedong Passage (South)-Fuji Road Lead-Dingyuan Road-Station Road. The southern end bypasses Station Road-Dingyuan Road-Fuji Road Lead-Yinzhuang Village Hedong Passage-Binhe Road Temporary Passage-Dongshibao (East)-Yanshan Avenue-Golden Apple Avenue-Wulong Road (West)-Kaiyuan Avenue.
