Can the auxiliary police check the hotel records

Whether the auxiliary police can check the hotel records can be divided into two situations:

2. Hotel records cannot be checked through the public security big data network. It is expressly stipulated by the public security organs that the auxiliary police cannot use the relevant documents to view other people's accommodation records, and only the police can view them when they need it at work.

According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the people's police of public security organs shall perform the following duties according to the division of responsibilities:

(10) engaging in profit-making business activities or being employed by any individual or organization;

(eleven) dereliction of duty, do not perform their statutory obligations;

(twelve) other violations of law and discipline.
