3. Instruct the teacher to check and guide the internship.
Third, the internship date:
The teaching week of the second semester of the 2008-2009 school year is 1- 17 weeks.
Fourth, the internship location and unit:
Venue: 9th Floor, Financial Center,No. * * Road, * * Province.
Setting: Design Institute of China Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd.
V. Internship process:
In the next semester of my senior year, I was lucky enough to work as an intern in the * * Design Institute of China Building Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. During the four-month internship, I further understood the profound connotation of architecture, climbed from the written theoretical level to a new height of combining with practice, and at the same time got a deeper understanding of the specific design process, floor plan, elevation plan, section plan and renderings, and gradually clarified the concept of space, with a new orientation for the future. The following is my internship experience and experience.
On the first day of internship, I came to the design institute and studied my new colleagues who will accompany me for four months. I looked around the new environment completely different from the school, looked at the stacks of drawings on my desk and the achievement pictures posted on the wall, and was very excited to describe it. A strong impulse to perform came to my mind. I am determined to take this place as a new battlefield in my life to take a key step in my life, to prove myself and surpass myself.
When I first came, the director found me a tutor. His name is Wang Wei. Since I moved my computer, the designs I usually make at school are kept in the computer. The director called Wang Gong to let us know and learn from him in the future. He didn't give me any work at first, but looked at the designs I usually made at school and gave me some suggestions. He will be my mentor in the future.
During the first two weeks here, I didn't know what to do. I couldn't touch anything. I just look around, sometimes I read books, look at pictures drawn by others and find something for myself. After two weeks, the company's engineer Wang finally pointed out the direction for me. He told me some simple requirements and asked me to draw the plan and elevation of a two-story office building with CAD software. Finally, I had something to do, so I made a plan. To tell the truth, I used to draw at school, and the speed and quality were relatively high. But when I finished it quickly, Wang Gong pointed out many shortcomings in the specification, and then he patiently told me the design process and the design specification requirements of different types of buildings. First of all, it is the understanding of the whole process of architecture. The formation and process of the building are as follows: investor's investment-national examination and approval-design institute's architectural scheme-winning the bid-design institute's architectural design (including building elevation, elevation, section, water and electricity heating design)-approval by the Ministry of Construction-construction by the construction unit-supervision review-construction completion, handover-decoration by the decoration company-handover. In the whole process, the design part of the building occupies a very important position. Therefore, when designing, every step should be in accordance with the regulations, and every step should be cautious. There is also a process in design: making a plan (which must meet the structural requirements)-carrying out plane design (the structural engineer will make adjustments while designing, and the plane practice should meet the structural requirements. At the same time, the structural engineer will carry out the structural design, and both of them will be carried out synchronously)-elevation and section design-hydropower, heating and elevator design.
After a general understanding of these aspects, we carried out the actual operation-drawing. The program used for drawing is Auto CAD-Computer Aided Design. The program has two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawing functions. I made two-dimensional drawings of the plane, elevation and section of the building. To draw a picture, you must first understand the function, and then be familiar with the usage of each tool inside. Drawing also has steps: axis-wall line-doors and windows-stairs-interior layout-marking. You have to modify it while drawing. Just started to draw some simple house plans, and learned to use shortcut keys to make drawings. There are also some difficulties in the drawing process, such as the intersection of arc and straight line, the closure of graphics, the drawing of stairs and so on. When doing these things, mistakes often occur, which will affect the next operation. In these operations, you need to be careful and patient enough to modify them.
In the later days, I entered the mode of working, helped others to do small work, and also participated in the design of several small schemes, but my designs were generally not used, because my schemes were still at the intersection of reality and ideal, that is, they were not combined with reality, but they could exercise my thinking and accumulate more experience to pave the way for the future. The design of the scheme is a long process, and the release of a good scheme requires more thinking and more experience.
Internship in the institute, doing all kinds of small jobs. It can be said that the senior will give you a job to do. Sometimes I give you a floor plan and let you draw elevation and section, which are all designed. This kind of work is not simple, but also needs to develop brain resources and full imagination, and I have to prepare many modifications. Good plans are completed in many revisions, and I am no exception. Sometimes people give you a community to deal with PS, which is common, so it is urgent to learn PS. In this internship, the level of PS has also been improved. The key is learning and consulting. There are no experts, most of them are elites. In our institute, 3D is not commonly used. Generally, renderings are from companies that get renderings, and most people use SketchUp to draw renderings to show them, so you can't do 3D here, but you must know SketchUp.
This is also a form of schema expression. All the above are drawing methods, and they are indispensable. If you want to improve your cultivation, the key is to study from time to time. There are many books in our design institute, so we can improve ourselves by reading when we are free. In short, you can learn something.
In the process of practice, we should not only practice the theoretical knowledge we have learned, but also learn to deal with the relationship between people. In the real society, the intricate interpersonal interests are like a net, which connects everyone in this society. When you can constantly expand this network and keep it in good condition, you will have a foothold and opportunities for development in society. Maybe we don't have to take this relationship too complicated and important. After all, just out of school, it takes some time to establish good interpersonal relationships. Because of the short internship time, I don't have much time to communicate with my colleagues in the design institute in detail. Generally speaking, I can only grasp the way of chatting to promote understanding during my daily meal. Besides, during my internship, I had two dinners and a group outdoor activity, which I also actively participated in, which will increase the communication between me and my colleagues. Being able to meet a group of designers in a short time, I believe this is a valuable interpersonal resource I gained in my internship; My lack of initiative in communication and the limitations of communicating with them have become part of my failure in this internship.
Sixth, internship experience
In fact, after four months, I found that my four-year college knowledge was too little, and my professional knowledge only touched the surface. I suddenly found my future, my hope, my dawn ... I will study hard, I will make up for it in the year before graduation, enrich it every day, make new gains every day and make progress every day!
During my stay in the design institute, I have fully made myself more and more comprehensive. Through communication with other colleagues, I can indirectly understand some norms and control rules. In the past, it was only theoretical research, but now it is very interesting to contact the design institute through drawings and actual projects!
Generally speaking, I think this internship in the design and research institute is quite satisfactory. First of all, this internship met the minimum requirements I set for myself: I got a preliminary understanding of the architecture, workflow and working environment of the design institute, the daily work of designers, and got to know some architects and designers engaged in design work. Secondly, I also improved my application level of computer graphics software and learned some graphics software that I had never learned before. In addition, in the process of retouching and drawing many times, I have deepened my understanding of the design. But there are still many things that make me dissatisfied: the daily communication is not positive enough, which leads to difficulties in my work; In addition, my computer software operation level is limited, and I often encounter considerable difficulties in the process of further work ... I believe I can fully absorb the experience and lessons of this internship, improve myself in my future work, and strive to become a young man who can make contributions to society.
Investigation report on hotel architectural design
Research purposes: To understand the hotel status and hotel evaluation criteria, experience the hotel environment and atmosphere, and understand the hotel service assembly line. Provide the necessary materials for hotel design, formulate a fully functional design task book, and design a hotel that meets the specifications for the upcoming design. In order to break through the inherent mode and embody humanistic spirit and fashion, the design has created a modern space with traditional oriental charm. With the inevitable trend of market economy specialization in China, hotel design gradually exists as an independent system. As a professional hotel designer, the author has some little experience.
First, rational thinking.
Hotel design is a high degree of unity of rational design and perceptual design, and its first breakthrough point is to serve the goal of economic benefits. This is a process full of rational thinking. This process should focus on the following aspects.
1, market positioning
Through in-depth communication with the owners, it is very important to understand the intention of investors, investigate and analyze the city, region, adjacent buildings and natural ecological environment where the hotel is located, so as to give the hotel an accurate positioning. Because hotels with different grades and different market positioning have different designs. Such as holiday hotels, business hotels, conference hotels and tourist hotels. , all have their own different professional designs.
2. Classification by function
The functional division of hotels also needs more rational thinking. Before the design, it is best to draw a flow chart according to different market positioning, different positions, areas and proportions of each space in the whole hotel. The division of functions should not only satisfy the various behaviors of guests' accommodation and entertainment, but also ensure the smooth progress of various behaviors of hotel management (including various types of work) (avoiding cross-operation). This requires designers to understand the hotel facilities, the functions and proportions of each space. Then, the designer needs to study and discuss with the owner (including the hotel management) before determining the "hotel function flow chart". After that, the designer needs to divide each space specifically. Domestic hotel design (starting from the architectural structure) always adopts a set of fixed models, especially standard rooms, with extremely low design content. Therefore, at this stage, how to meet the functional requirements and carry out innovative design is our goal.
3. Sense of space
The sense of space is the psychological feeling given by the virtual and real surrounding of decent buildings.
The most ideal state should be the integration of architectural planning and indoor space in hotel design. This is the perfect combination of reason and sensibility. At present, most of our designs are based on the existing architectural framework, so the so-called mutual integration of space (the integration of indoor and outdoor space, the integration of indoor space) that we advocate can only be carried out on the premise.
Hotels generally have a lot of room to enjoy. How to introduce outdoor light, water and greening into the room, how to make the integration of architecture and indoor space perfect, and how to break the old space utilization mode need to absorb past experience, but more need innovation.
The author thinks that the practice of Jianguo Hotel in Beijing is worth mentioning in terms of space compatibility. Its patchwork architecture itself gives people a visual aesthetic feeling, and the open-air garden surrounded by the lobby bar and the back guest room area is more successful. Whether in the lobby bar or on the balcony of the guest room, guests can enjoy the changing scenery of the four seasons, while guests in the guest room area can also hear the gurgling sound of running water and breathe the air with dew on the semi-open balcony.
Another good example is the first floor of Kerry Center Hotel in Beijing. There is a light water wall outside the entrance, which is integrated with the indoor environment from the indoor lobby. The same is true of hotel offices. Entering from the lobby, the whole floor-to-ceiling glass is facing us. In front of the glass is a still pool with slow water flow, while outside the floor-to-ceiling glass is a tall water wall with water storage tanks and plants (dynamic and static treatment set each other off), which has become an outdoor scene. From the indoor point of view, it is natural with the indoor space.
4. Style
The style of hotel design is inseparable from its market positioning, which is restricted by cultural background.
Second, style.
All kinds of hotels will have different design styles. For example, the overall style of the resort hotel is bound to be relaxed, jumping, lively and casual, while the functionality of the business hotel is the first, and its style must be concise, lively and eye-catching ... I want to talk about my feelings on the following points.
The most direct impression of a building and an indoor space is the sense of scale, whether it is the Forbidden City in Beijing or the Colosseum in Rome. Their overall scale gives a magnificent feeling. Every rafter, every sculpture, every stigma in every space is just right in scale and beautiful to the extreme.
The lobby on the first floor of North Jiayuan Hotel is 4m high, and the overall wood and stone work, closing and practices are very neat. We have repeatedly compared the sizes of various materials, fixed furniture and movable furniture (including assistant counters in the lobby, round-backed chairs in the rest area, sofas, coffee tables, etc.). ), potted plants, ornaments and even the decoration of niches, as well as the visual and psychological feelings brought by various dimensions in the whole space. This is a meaningful process, and it is also a process that designers often need to perceive and accumulate.
2. Lighting equipment
Lighting design is a big professional category.
Accent lighting, indirect lighting, main light source, auxiliary light source, adjustable light source, cold and warm light, etc. It has different applications in different hotel space design.
Step 3 color
Hotel design pays more and more attention to the use of color, which has a strong visual impact and is easy to form a distinct impression. We boldly used the interval contrast of rose red and cold gray in the conference corridor of Jiayuan Hotel in the north. On the floor of the corridor in the guest room area, the carpet separated by blue solid color blocks makes a whirlpool-like abstract pattern full of tropical customs at the door of each room, which is not only educational, but also has a strong visual impact, which is refreshing.
4. Accessories
Accessories cover a wide range, and all kinds of decorative surfaces, sculptures, plants, flower arrangements, ceramics and other decorations belong to the category of accessories. The design of accessories should also be included in the hotel design, which is designed or selected by the designer as a whole. It is a soft design, and the choice of many accessories reflects a humanism. For example, in the renovated Grand Hyatt Beijing, the decorative paintings in the rooms are all black and white photos with Suzhou gardens as the theme, and the cultural theme is the key element running through the design, which greatly improves the cultural level of the hotel and leaves a deep impression on the guests.
Design is a creative activity, which comes from life, but it is higher than life. It will play a certain role in regulating and guiding people's various social behaviors, and so will hotel design. We have always advocated "green design", "environmental protection design", "energy saving design" and "humanized design". As a professional hotel designer, what we need to do is how to infiltrate them into hotel design. Designers must have a deep understanding of life, carefully observe some details, and integrate these feelings into the detailed design of every space in the hotel.
